Eugene has vast experience as a presenter, negotiator, and businessman who forges strong relationships, and strategic partnerships.

Lisa's background in marketing and program management for the country's top privately owned home builder uniquely positions herself to offer high level insight into large scale thinking. With a knack for the employee experience, Lisa brings a full command of onboarding, orientation, structured on the job training, and performance management accumen to the clients she serves. Lisa's passion is working with other companies to create, improve, and implement systems and processes to help them scale and grow.
Brandon Hurst
Project Managment and Estimating Consultant
Experienced Restoration Estimator and Project manager with extensive experience in Project Management systems and processes, as well as, extensive experience with Estimating, and Insurance Claims Negotiation. This accompanied with Brandon's background in military leadership, having done multiple tours over seas, gives him vast experience in teamwork, high pressure decision making and poise. Along with his practical property restoration experience, his military experience, Brandon has multiple years of experience working in the Declaration systems for Project Management and Estimating, giving him a full command of resources to help teams excel. Brandon leads Declaration's remote estimating division, as well as, CAT response Project Management.
Jordan Garcia
Construction Estimating and Claims Navigation Consultant
Experienced Restoration Estimator and Project manager with extensive experience in Project Management systems and processes, as well as, extensive experience with Estimating, and Insurance Claims Negotiation. Jordan has extensive experience with onsite project management, scoping, and estimating, these skills gives her a unique ability to quickly evaluate files remotely, for accuracy and delivery. Jordan has a kind but firm negotiating style that comes from a place of full understanding of what adjusters deal with when working through their internal claim processes. Marrying specific scope and budget needs to the covered claim, and navigating the complex process of communication. Jordan is able to produce estimates that are easily approved, and are budget ready for your business.
